FetherWare is a modular website management tool for those who do not want to deal with a database or complex back-end administration. The administration area is very simple and intuitive. You can add, edit, or delete pages with a few clicks of the mouse. It includes a WYSIWYG editor which is just like a typical word processor.

Themes can be added by dropping a folder for each theme into the Themes directory. A theme only needs a style sheet and any graphics that go with the layout.

If you can use an online WYSIWYG editor and have access to your site via FTP or a File Manager, you can run this software. There is no javascript or requirement for anything but a host that supports the php scripting language.
